Application Notice
  • Installation should be performed by professional electrician with power turned off
  • PIR sensor cannot penetrate materials - ensure no obstacles between sensor and moving objects
  • Detection may be difficult when people wear thick clothing in cold weather
  • Heat signals from air conditioners or heating sources may cause false triggering
  • For indoor use only - outdoor sunlight affects detection performance
  • Dimming performance varies with different DALI-2 drivers
  • Daylight threshold measured in sunny environments without shadows
  • Detection distance affected by height, mounting position, and environmental temperature
  • Requires stable DC power supply with input voltage stability and low ripple factor (<100mV)
  • Test with at least 5 units before mass installation in new environments
Note: When ambient temperature approaches human body temperature range (36℃~37℃), PIR motion detection significantly weakens. When ambient or LED tray temperature exceeds 55℃, false triggering may occur - reduce sensitivity or consider alternative sensor placement.
